I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or quietly struggling beneath the surface. Many of my clients appear “fine” from the outside, yet internally experience stress, burnout, emotional exhaustion, or a sense of disconnection. I provide a space where you can slow down, feel seen, and begin to understand what’s keeping you stuck, so you can move toward a more meaningful and intentional life.
My approach is grounded, non-judgmental, and deeply attentive. I use an existential-integrative style, blending insight-oriented work with practical tools for support. Rather than focusing solely on coping, I help you explore the deeper roots of your experiences, creating lasting change and greater freedom in how you live.
I specialize in trauma treatment and bring a calm, steady presence to complex and sensitive experiences. I work with adults navigating relationship stress, burnout, and life transitions; teens adjusting to a rapidly changing world; families seeking stronger connection; and individuals managing chronic stress, disability, or long-term emotional strain.
With a background as a paralegal, I have a deep respect for the resilience it takes to carry difficult life circumstances. I welcome clients of all identities and backgrounds. I also offer space for those who wish to explore spirituality in therapy, without imposing any specific framework.
I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology and Psychology and am a Domestic Violence Victim Advocate.
