My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and trauma-informed care. I strive to create a supportive, collaborative space where clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity and confidence. I work with clients to explore patterns, relationships, grief, emotional disconnection, and life experiences that may be contributing to feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
I hold a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT) and Professional Clinical Counseling (PCC) from Pepperdine University. I am trained in EMDR and continue advanced education in trauma and attachment-focused approaches to provide thoughtful, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs.
I welcome clients of all ages and backgrounds, with a particular focus on supporting adults and late teens through life transitions, relationship and communication challenges, grief, trauma, and emotional healing. I also enjoy working with couples to strengthen connection, improve communication, and navigate transitions together, as well as supporting individuals in their later years as they process change, identity, purpose, and evolving relationships.
